A note from Mission Control

So here we all are in the Control Room, Daniel Jeff James and I - on the final straight.

We are also in constant eMail communication with Vince. Andy was expected today but hasn't shown up yet :-) Daniel is here with his notes (very focused on anything interfering with the vocal) and we are zipping through tthe tracks. Everyone is in great spirits and excited about the album.

This is definitely coming together now (I am pleased to report).

I'm absolutely sure, each of you did a phantastic job!
We all are privileged to be allowed to have a view behind the scene, thank you very much!

Best regards,
Michael

are you using live to review the tracks or were some final mixes performed using live?

do you understand how it feels to anxiously log onto this website several times a day in search of album news, any little information that leads us to a little taste of what's on our way this year?
thank god for your updates... I just can't wait for the new album!

I also CAN'T wait for this new album, specially because I found "Wild!" very good and you worked on it. Although I still consider "Innocents" the best, I do have a feeling that this one will come out to a new level.

Reading the texts makes me want to have that kind of job, it must be very cool to be an artist or to be involved with the whole album production thing. Very exciting job! And the blog makes us really starve for the new tracks!

(And I am praying that you get to produce the next Depeche Mode album... LOL)

Its nice to see some new pics taken in the studio, but why are all those pics in such a bad quality.
Is it a shitty handycam or what?
Its not sooo dark in there ;)
